I'm awaiting a physical proof of the book (NLT 02/6/12, so I've been told). Once I approve the proof, the book will immediately be available for ordering at my website (being re-structured right now) and at my Amazon e-Store (also being worked on).
This month's delay was horrendous. Between two software packages that weren't playing together nicely (the Microsoft-mind-setted LibreOffice was particularly difficult for me, a Mac bigot), and a losing horizontal altercation with a metal ladder that someone left where they shouldn't have (probably not permanent damage, but exquisitely painful when you sit at a desk for 10+ hrs. a day battling said software). Combined, these unforeseen issues cost a lot of time and focus. I designed and implemented the book's layout, as well as cover.
That all being said, at the earliest, the book will most likely next week (unless I bounce the proof which is unlikely!). There is a small chance it'll happen this week, depends upon shipping.
I hope my cookbook helps a lot of people get rid of their taste addiction to added fat and learn how to make, literally, the "most nutritious pizza in the world" and that the six years of research and 3 years of writing has paid off. Hardest project I've ever undertaken.
