The following photos are the "before and after" making "fake" meatballs last week. I didn't write down the amounts of the ingredients (I went for texture and taste when mixing it all together), Used were left-over cooked millet, ground flax seeds, tomato paste/soy sauce hydrated TVP granules, some wheat gluten flour, chopped onions (sauteed in white wine), various spices including garlic powder. I think they took around 45 minutes or so at 375 degrees F. Eventually I'll write down the amounts (possibly for use in a little book project I'm working on!) and my new camera is a keeper.
