Very enjoyable interview between Maher and Waters regarding diet, food, and related issues. Although she's not a veg, she's done much to advance a better understanding of real food and the negative impact of fast food. Her program for teaching kids about growing their own food, "Edible Schoolyard," imho, is a tremendous concept and has much more long-lasting implications than most "healthy school meal programs" I've seen. It has inspired many similar efforts across the country (and world).
