We have such a hard time with holidays without that chunk of meat to serve as the focus of the meal. XD I'm not crazy about Tofurkeys, but I'll eat them if someone else cooks them for me. I prefer to stuff a giant gorgeous squash as a holiday centerpiece.

[Agree with you totally... those first few Tksgivings were tough many years ago. Love the stuffed squash. But, if anyone cooked a vegan Thanksgiving dinner for me, I'd never turn it down! Thanks for your comment. Best regards, Mark]
